Looking for an Officiant, Dance Lessons, or an expert Hair/Makeup artist? We will point you in the right direction!

The first step is to take a tour of our venue! We are excited to show you around and answer your wedding planning questions!

Once you fall in love with our venue and you’re ready to book your wedding with us, you can let us know at the tour or by phone or email after the tour.

We require a signed contract and paid booking fee to consider your date officially booked. The booking fee will apply towards your final invoice. The booking fee amount varies depending on which package you select.  We accept Cash, Checks, Cashiers Check, 

Booking Fees:

Cottage $2,000 / Abbey $3,000 / Manor $4,000 / Palace $5,000 / Cathedral $6,000

Note that we also require a $500 damage deposit. This will be added to the package total and is refundable pending a damage inspection post-event.

Payments:  Payment plans are an option – no interest charges. All funds are due 4 months prior to your wedding date.  

Gratuity:  Tips are most appreciated by our hardworking team.  Butler’s Courtyard does not add gratuities or service charges to your billing.  We take pride in working as a team to make certainn your event exceeds your expectations, we encourage you to express your appreciation with a tip.  Please tip in Cash or Checks made out to “Cash”, due to taxes and fees.  (On average our couples tip $20-$50 per team member)

Our Pemberley Park and Brighton Hall ceremony sites are included in the package price, if you’re interested in our Heartwood Forest or Lady Catherine Place sites, those do have an additional fee. All receptions are hosted at Pemberley Park.
