Corporate and Private Event Venue
Lavender Manor hosts private and corporate events at our stunning venue outside of Spokane, Washington. Our Small Event room as well as our Main Event room are options to host meetings and workshops, school dances, baby and wedding showers, birthday parties, reunions, wakes or memorials, and so much more! Our Event Coordinator is here to assist you and provide timeline management to ensure your event is beautiful and stress-free!

Event Amenities
Included in event bookings is the setup of facility items such as tables and chairs and access to our inventory of decor items great for creating table centerpieces. We also provide parking attendants for events over 100 guests, and teardown and cleanup at the end of the event. This includes trash removal and facility cleaning.
All this means you can arrive with the space set up and ready for you, place the décor – either our items or things you bring in – and enjoy hosting your event. Then simply clean up and remove your personal items at the end of the event.
Pricing Details
We price events according to the required and requested amenities and time frame. Pricing starts at a minimum of two hours and reaches a maximum of ten hours. Additionally, we require a signed contract as well as a 25% non-refundable booking fee in order to hold a date and be considered booked. Events can be held any day of the week. However, Saturdays are prioritized for weddings and may have a premium fee during our peak wedding season. For more information regarding pricing, contact us today!
