Wedding Planning: Our experienced Wedding Planner, with a lifetime of expertise and a keen eye for current trends, will ensure your day is beautiful, personalized, and stress-free. Benefit from her in-house options and guidance throughout the process—including
planning forms for the bridal party and family, vendor coordination, timelines, personalized layouts, and rehearsal details. Your planning includes up to two 2-hour sessions and a 1-hour phone review one month before your wedding, ensuring every detail and change is
accounted for.
Day-of Coordination: One of our dedicated day-of wedding coordinators will oversee your plans, vendors, and staff, guiding your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception so everything unfolds seamlessly. All final plans are reviewed by your planner and confirmed for accuracy. Your coordinator will be present before, during, and after venue access to handle every detail.
Decorator: Our decorator brings creativity and passion to help realize your vision, offering a broad selection of décor to make your day uniquely yours. Enjoy a 1-hour décor planning meeting (after initial appointment with the Wedding Planner) followed by a 1-hour review
call within a month of your wedding.
Bartender: Supply your own beer, wine, champagne, cider, or seltzers, and our certified bartender will serve your guests for up to four (4) hours from our well-equipped 8’ bar. Additional hours can be added if you choose. Ask us for pricing details!
Parking Service: Ample parking is provided, with attendants to ensure guests are welcomed and directed efficiently from the moment of their arrival.
Fully Staffed: Your event is staffed according to guest count and service needs, with teams for setup, planning, coordination, decorating, beverage service, parking, teardown, and cleanup—so your day runs smoothly.

Planning Guide: Our comprehensive guide helps you select partner vendors, furniture, décor, and add-on options such as colored table toppers and runners. We are well-connected in the Spokane-Cour d’Alene wedding community, and can recommend top local vendors for catering, floral, DJ, photography, videography, photobooth, officiants, transportation, and more.
Information Booklet: Receive everything you need for your wedding day, including marriage certificate guidance, invitation planning, schedules, sample forms, event insurance details, sample timelines, arbor and table dimensions, and more.
Event Spaces & Amenities
Property Access: Enjoy 10 hours of venue access with all setup, décor, tear-down, and cleaning managed for you.
Rehearsal: We coordinate your rehearsal, scheduling a one-hour session on the Thursday or Friday before your event. Water bottles for your guests are provided.
Ceremony: Multiple ceremony locations are available, all featuring stunning views of Mt. Spokane, Wild Rose Prairie, and blooming lavender fields. Choose from seven altar options and various ceremony styles and directions.
Reception: Celebrate beneath our 40’x80’ tent with clear side walls, elegant lights, sheers, and decorative ceiling rings. Adjacent is a spacious, “Edison” light-covered concrete area for dancing or extra tables. Enjoy two covered lounges with fire tables and a stone fireplace for
memorable gatherings.
Brides Ready Room: Prepare in luxury with a deep purple velvet couch, silver throne love seat, chandeliers, makeup area, full-length mirror, and climate control options.
Grooms Cottage: Relax on the patio with panoramic views, enjoy plush burgundy leather seating, game tables for roulette, craps, and poker—perfect for you and your groomsmen.
Restrooms Area: Two fully equipped toilets with sinks, plus an extra-large ADA unit and a dedicated outdoor hand wash station for guest comfort.
Catering Prep Area: Features a refrigerator, freezer, and prep space, conveniently located near catering parking.
Outdoor Lounges: Comfortable seating, fire tables, and a stone fireplace create inviting spaces for guests.
Yard Games: Entertain all ages with chess, checkers, connect four, cornhole, Jenga, and tic tac toe.
Tables and Chairs: Up to 30 round tables and chairs provided, with additional sweetheart table, loveseat, and farm-style tables for head and specialty tables.
Farm Style Tables: Beautiful wooden tables for dessert, gift, guest book, and memory displays. Risers, stands, signs, and greenery for decoration are available through our decorator.
Table Linens: Elegant white floor-length cloths for all guest tables included. Colored toppers or runners available in fourteen color options.
Decor & Rentals
Decorations: A vast selection of artificial flowers, lanterns, signs, candles, glass vases, votives, and table numbers.
Available Rental Items: Access a wide range of accent pieces, easels, flower girl baskets, ringbearer pillows, and more, in multiple styles and colors.
Photo Opportunities & Send-Off Options
Photo Opportunities: Capture memories against breathtaking backdrops—Wild Rose Prairie, Mt. Spokane, willow trees, lavender fields, gardens, forest, and grassy areas.
Send-Off: Make your departure memorable with options like fiber optic light wands, ribbon wands, bubble machine, and cold sparkle fountains. All items are provided, collected, and returned—no shopping or storage needed.
Essential Information
A signed contract and non-refundable booking fee books your date for you.
Insurance Requirement: Cancellation and liability insurance policy required through Vensura Insurance Company (approximately $400).
Additional options with costs for more customization available but No hidden fees.
